Do you do wedding rings or wedding bands?

Yes, ordering and by a full commissioned work betweeen Our clients returning and new as well!

I lost a product. Can it be replaced?

Please email our Customer Service group via CustomerService@ArchaIcon.Com and include as much information as you can about the product and we will work with you.

How do I determine the size of a bracelet?

Please note the measurements may differ slightly from one product to another. For bracelets, it would be best to measure your wrist size and compare it with the inner circumference of the bracelet before ordering. If you are unsure about the size and measurement, please feel free to contact CustomerService@ArchaIcon.Com. The measurements is higly important as Our jewelry is handmade and are dedicated to each costumer at a time !
